M/s. DE Angeli Industries of Italy one of the well known names among the cable machine manufactures has supplied all production machineries from wire drawing stage to the finished product.
TANDEM high speed telephone wire extrusion line is highly sophisticated with latest computer controlled system for automatic control of diameter and coaxial capacitance of the conductor, thus ensuring required electrical parameters for the finished cable.
High speed twinning machine, high speed rewinding machine and sheathing lines are provided with in-line spark testers to ensure quality cables. Jelly Filling unit supplied by M/s. AFA Industry U.S.A., is provided with radio frequency generator for the filling of higher pair cables. The West German giant M/s. Philips Kommunication Industry, has supplied automatic telephone cable test set Rekamat III system for measurement and evaluation, with print out facility of LF AND AF parameters like conductor resistance, capacitance, insulation resistance, attenuation, cross talk etc. They have also supplied the automatic high voltage measuring set HV 10 which helps to test cables at high voltage upto 10 KV.
